Tracy Minton is a wonderful realtor. We just bought our first house and she explained everything we needed to know each step of the process. She’s not afraid to tell you like it is and be honest and that is something you need with first time home-buying. We will always reach out to her for anything we need!
She is not just a realtor but such a wonderful person that just wants you to love where you live.
Tracy Minton! Where to start? Do yourself a favor and use her as your realtor! Tracy couldn’t have been any more diligent if she tried, we had her running all over middle TN trying to find us a home while we were still in another state. From FaceTime tours to pictures to neighborhood checks she made sure our experience was great from start to finish. Tracy will go the extra mile for you with a smile on her face.
Tracy is by far the best realtor. I had worked with 2 other people prior to her and she was the only one who listened and cared. She has a heart of gold and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. In a short 3 month period we grew as friends and I was able to purchase my first home. She is very kind, knowledgeable and genuinely cares about each of her clients. The best part is when she encouraged me when it seems like we were in an impossible situation!
I would definitely recommend her to anyone.
Tracy is one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met. I reached out to her when I saw a listing on the internet. She was very responsive and right away you could tell that she genuinely loves to make people happy. She was always very attentive to the needs of my family and myself. We would definitely recommend her to anyone. We’ve made a life-long friend from our home-buying experience!
I highly recommend Tracy! She helped my mom find a home in Columbia and our experience was top notch every step of the way. She told us she cares more about my mom finding a home she loves and feels safe in, rather than just collecting a paycheck, and she proved she meant what she said. Wonderful communication and she’s also very knowledgeable and honest when she sees something that isn’t right with a house. She steered us away from 2 houses that she could tell would have water issues around the foundation. When and if we ever move again I’ll definitely be calling her!!
We were previously in New Mexico, but we were looking for a house in TN. Tracy went to multiple houses and gave great virtual tours. When we found the right house for us, Tracy did great negotiating and got us a better deal on our home. We are now in our new home in TN and couldn’t be happier with the hard work of Tracy Minton. We highly recommend her!!!
We had an excellent experience working with Tracy. Her expertise and know-how in the real estate business was second to none. She is detail-oriented, and honest. Her hard work ethics was so much appreciated by my husband and me. Her willingness to assist us in not only purchasing our new home in Tennessee, but offering real estate advice to selling our house in Illinois was invaluable. If you’re searching for a Realtor with Integrity, then look no further. Tracy is the realtor you’ve been searching for.
Honestly, I don’t even know where to begin…Tracy has stolen my heart since day one of our first phone call. She will fight for you, guide you, and be there for you through every step of the way! I’ve bought and sold houses quite a few times in my life, gone through a couple realtors (who honestly weren’t worth my time, but I settled.) HOWEVER, Tracy will forever and always be my realtor and now a wonderful family friend. I HIGHLY recommend her and truly trust her to be your next and BEST realtor! She’s not your typical realtor and that’s what makes her different! She has a heart of GOLD and it sure shows through her beautiful smile and personality!! Love love love her!! ❤️
Tracy is the most awesome person and realtor!!! She was always available and got answers to questions, showings, and everything we needed in a very timely amount of time. She figured out our personalities quickly and showed us homes that she knew were what we were looking for. She gave us the personal experience and was as much a friend in the process as a realtor. I would recommend her to any buyer or seller that wants the personal commitment. Thank you Tracy for everything you did for us!!!
One evening we signed onto Realtor.com to get more information about a listing in middle Tennessee. We were expecting some response the next day. Tracy called use in less than 30 minutes. We explained that we were in New Mexico looking to move back to Tennessee since we had retired. Tracy agreed to work with us even though the listings we were interested in were outside her usual territory. When we arranged our trip to Tennessee, she scheduled showings for the houses we were interested as well as several others that met our criteria. When we met Tracy in person we hit it off right away because she actually cared about finding a house we wanted. At each house she carefully pointed out the positives and negatives of each one. She was a pleasure to work with and always put our interests first in spite of having to drive over two hours to meet with us. While the houses we had picked out did not pan out, she found us one that we purchased. She stayed with us throughout the closing process, advocating for us through out the process. We would definitely recommend Tracy for anyone looking for a home in middle Tennessee. Especially if your looking for someone that will put your interests first.
